Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions. All participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Scotland, aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Promotion Period: The promotion is open from 00:00 on 19th August 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 21st October 2024.

3. Purchase is necessary.

4. Please retain your receipt as it will be required to validate your claim.

5. The promotion offers cashback for one full or half pint of Pravha up to the value of £6.25 when purchased with another one full or half pint of Pravha in a participating outlet. All valid claims will be entered into a Prize Draw to win one of five experience gift cards. The offer is valid in selected participating outlets that stock Pravha. 6. The cashback will reflect the Pravha product with the lowest price point. The offer is limited to 3,116 cashback offers in total, which will be awarded on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. In the event that the cashback limit is reached, entry to the Prize Draw shall continue until the end of the Promotion Period.

7. Claim instructions: Scan the QR code in participating outlet or go to www.pravhacashback.co.uk and register your name, email address, date of birth and bank details (if preferred payment route is via bank transfer as opposed to PayPal) and upload a photo of your itemised receipt to claim your cashback. The receipt will need to show the purchase of two Pravha drinks (full or half pint) from a participating outlet and must be dated within the Promotion Period. Till receipt must be uploaded in the format of PNG, BMP, or JPG/JPEG and a maximum file size limit of 10MB applies. Please keep your original itemised till receipt as it may be required to further verify a claim.

8. Only one claim per person will be accepted. Anyone claiming more frequently will be disqualified.

9. Prize Draw Prizes: The Prizes shall consist of:

  • 5 x £500 Experience eGift cards
  • 50 x £200 entertainment eGift cards

10. Prize Draw Winner Selection: The Prize Draw winners will be drawn within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period via an independent process. The Prizes will be allocated at random.

11. Prize Draw Winner Notification: The Winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of the Prize Draw and will be required to respond to confirm identity, eligibility plus acceptance of the Prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a Winner does not respond to communications within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner from all remaining entries in the Prize Draw, with the originally selected Winner forfeiting their right to the Prize.

12. Prize Draw Winner Delivery: Each Winner will be sent their eGift Prize the email address used at time of claim within 28 days of Prize acceptance.

13. Valid claimants will receive their cashback payment by PayPal or Bank Transfer, as requested by the claimant. Please allow 14 days for delivery from receipt of a valid claim.

14. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with or altering till receipts. Any attempts to submit any invalid till receipts may result in the participant’s application being frozen and possibly deleted.

15. A unique till receipt can be used for one claim only.

16. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, invalidate claims deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, contrary to the spirit of the Promotion or otherwise bring the Promotion into disrepute.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of claimants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a claim may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted, illegible, incomplete or misdirected claims or for technical failures or otherwise. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

19. No correspondence: Claim validation and winner selection is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the Prize Winners.

20. Bulk claims, claimants using multiple addresses, email addresses, numbers or via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted but may still be charged. Claims received by any means other than as specified in these Terms will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the claim process will be disqualified immediately.

21. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a claimant is not able to receive their cash back payment or Prize for whatever reason, including in the event that a claimant provides incorrect email address, bank account or PayPal details.

22. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, disappointment, personal injury or death howsoever arising in connection with this promotion except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. The claimants’ statutory rights are not affected.

23. Use of Personal Data: Personal data provided will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion and anything else that the entrant has expressly consented to only. Please see Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://www.molsoncoors.com/privacy-policy.

24. General: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of any third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of such failure on the entrants.

25. The Promoter is not responsible for any claims which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.

26. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the cashback, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion, replace a Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value, or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

27. This promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

28. Claimants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
